This survey helps the Blue Line Corridor Coalition (BLCC) collect feedback from community stakeholders—residents, businesses, developers, nonprofits, and institutional partners—to help guide local growth over the next 2-5 years as new development and zoning changes take effect. We are centering the survey around identifying the major decision points being made and sourcing feedback on those, as well as on key BLCC interventions.
